Nut-Free Banana Bread

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mash thawed bananas until large lumps are gone.
  3. Mix (on low) wet ingredients (except sugar) with bananas.
  4. While mixing, add sugar in until well incorporated.
  5. Measure all dry ingredients into a separate bowl. Sift or break up clumps with fork.
  6. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients into mixer. Mix on low for about 1 minute until all ingredients moistened.
  7. Grease your standard loaf pan on bottom and all the way up sides.
  8. Pour batter into loaf pan and place loaf pan in oven. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  9. Let cool and enjoy!
